    Bre plays a vital role in managing Vermeer’s dealer experience, working closely with Vermeer dealerships to enhance marketing efforts and customer experience initiatives. She is passionate about continuous learning and development, always striving to elevate the Vermeer experience. Bre’s proactive approach challenges both her team and industry partners to improve processes, ultimately driving better customer and dealer relationships.

    Audra has been a key leader in Berry Companies’ customer experience (CX) program, focusing on automating workflows and ensuring that customer feedback reaches frontline employees. By streamlining feedback processes, she has helped her organization leverage positive customer insights to boost engagement and drive continuous improvement. Audra’s passion for customer experience, along with her hands-on approach, has made a significant impact at Berry Companies and in the industry as a whole.

    Trish has been instrumental in Belkorp Ag’s VoE program since 2015, well before employee feedback was widely recognized as a crucial business driver. Under her leadership, Belkorp Ag has consistently achieved strong employee survey response rates, reflecting a culture of trust and engagement. Emilie is excited to help businesses provide the very best experience for their customers. Emilie holds a Business Management and Economics degree from Hope College. She is an avid mountain biker and resides in Traverse City, Michigan with her husband and two daughters.
