To honor these individuals, we launched the Frontline Champion Award — a recognition for employees who go above and beyond every day to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
After reviewing inspiring nominations from dealerships across North America, two individuals stood out for their exceptional service, compassion, and dedication to their teams and customers.
Karen’s story exemplifies true customer care. When a wheelchair-bound customer couldn’t refuel his vehicle, Karen followed him to a nearby station and filled his tank so he could safely return home — more than an hour away. Her kindness and initiative embody what it means to be a Frontline Champion.
Randy is known for his technical mastery and generous mentorship. He not only keeps customers’ equipment running but also invests in teaching others — ensuring uptime, trust, and teamwork. His leadership and reliability make him an outstanding example of frontline excellence.
